* WHEN...Until 115 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1008 AM EST, local law enforcement reported minor flooding continues on a few roadways across the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Batesville, Brookville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Glenwood, Lake Santee, Franklin, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia and Metamora.
