* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM EST Monday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 21.8 feet Tuesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
