* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 334 PM EST, River gauge reports indicate rises on area creeks and streams due to earlier heavy rain from thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Area creeks, streams, and smaller rivers will remain above flood stage and can be expected to crest and start to fall tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
