* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding continues along the river and about one foot of water can be expected along portions of Island Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 PM EST Monday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Tuesday morning to a crest of 15.7 feet Tuesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
