*** Rt 46/Franklin Ave Intersection MODIFIED CLOSURE ***
UPDATE as of 8:30am - The intersection of Rt 46 and Franklin Avenue has a modified CLOSURE due to the traffic signal out/power outage. Route 46 remains open for thru traffic East and West, while Franklin Avenue traffic will be rerouted accordingly for safety. DOT crews are on scene. Verizon Crew is preparing to set a new pole this morning and JCP&L to follow.
