Con Ed customers can report downed power lines, outages, and check service restoration status at www.conEd.com or by calling 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633).

Please do not call the Police Department to report loss of power. This potentially ties up telephone lines available for emergencies and you will be referred to contact Con Ed directly.
