Man Arrested for Terrorist Threats After Threatening to Set Fire to a Home

INCIDENT: PC 422(A) - Terrorist Threats
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Desoto Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Boz Brown, 23 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at approximately 11:29 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 1900 block of Desoto Street and came in contact with the suspect, Boz Brown. Through investigation, Brown was found to be in violation of PC 422(A) - Terrorist Threats after threatening to set the victim's house on fire.
Brown was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Brown remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
