Deputies Attempting to Locate Subjects Involved in Victorville Shooting Sunday Evening

INCIDENT: Discharging a Firearm in a Gross Negligent Manner
LOCATION: Loves Ln./Tatum Rd., Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Unknown
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On March 6, 2022, at 6:10 p.m., Sheriff's Dispatch received reports of gunshots and vehicles speeding away in the area of Loves Ln. and Tatum Rd. in Victorville.
Deputy T. Whitcomb responded to the scene and obtained a description of the suspects and their vehicles. The first suspect is described as a black male adult in a dark blue Ford Focus. The second suspect was in a white sedan driving on Love’s Ln. The first suspect fired one time in the direction of a liquor store. He drove a short distance, stopped on Tatum Rd., and got out of his vehicle and shot two more times. He then backed-up and chased the white sedan down the alley, north away from the location.
Investigation is ongoing. At this time, no injuries have been reported as a result of the shooting.
