Winter Weather Advisory until 03:00PM Friday

* WHAT...Snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches, with localized amounts up to 18 inches.

* WHERE...Copper River Basin.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to slippery roads and reduced visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall accumulation rates will gradually increase through Wednesday afternoon near Paxson and Chistochina north. Snow will peak in intensity by early Wednesday evening, continuing through Thursday night, especially through Isabel Pass. Light and intermittent snow will then continue through Friday afternoon. If you must travel, plan extra time and carry an emergency kit.
