INCIDENT: VC 10851(A) - Vehicle Theft
LOCATION: 100 block of Marina Ct., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): David Friele, 58-years-old, Transient of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at approximately 8:00 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 100 block of Marina Court for a stolen vehicle report.
A short time later, Mohave County Sheriff located suspect David Friele in possession of the stolen vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot of Fort Mohave, AZ. Mohave County Sheriff took custody of Friele, and the victim was able to retrieve his vehicle without incident.
Deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department completed a report for vehicle theft and will forward it to the San Bernardino County Distric Attorney's Officer for review.
