San Bernardino Man Arrested for Assaulting a Woman and Refusing to Let Her Leave His RV

INCIDENT: P.C. 236 - False Imprisonment, P.C. 422 - Terrorist Threats, P.C. 273.5 - Inflict Injury on Spouse
LOCATION: 3600 Block of N. Cajon Blvd., San Bernardino, CA.
SUSPECT(S): Cosme Ocegueda, 49-year-old resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY: On March 2, 2022, at approximately 7:13 a.m., deputies from Central Station responded to Cajon Blvd. for a domestic disturbance. The victim disclosed she and Ocegueda dated for six months. While visiting Ocegueda in his recreational vehicle (RV), he physically assaulted and threatened the victim. Ocegueda prevented the victim from leaving and took her cellphone when she tried to contact law enforcement for assistance.
At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies arrested Ocegueda for P.C. 236 - False Imprisonment, P.C. 422 - Terrorist Threats, and P.C. 273.5 - Inflict Injury on Spouse. He was booked into Central Detention Center where he is being held on $50,000 bail.
