Winter Storm Warning until 12:00AM Sunday

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches, with locally higher amounts of up to 10 inches possible. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Randolph, Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster and Northwest Pocahontas Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Saturday to midnight EST Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST NICHOLAS ... SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
