SUSPECT: Ruben Mondragon Salvado, age 34, a transient who frequents Fontana
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 3:59 P.M., deputies responded to a report of a subject committing sexual acts in public. Upon arrival, deputies found Ruben Mondragon Salvado, age 34, a transient who frequents Fontana, hiding nearby and detained him without incident.
Through investigation, deputies determined Mondragon exposed his genitals in public and committed sexual acts in view of numerous people and children. Mondragon was arrested and booked into jail where he was later issued a citation and released from custody.
