9:00 PM Update on local law-enforcement bail out alert 
Local law enforcement officers are reporting a bail out in the area of 3rd and Railroad Street. Officers are looking for a Hispanic male wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. Please report any suspicious activity in your neighborhood to the Sutton county sheriffs office at 3253872288.

Updated information, male subject is going to be wearing a white shirt underneath his black hoodie , flat top cap, and white shoes.

Law enforcement was unable to locate the person who fled from them this morning. This traffic stop was originally conducted by Texas DPS in the area of Hwy 277 South (East 3rd) and Railroad. This is the near the Pilot gas station.
