Plymouth Township Police Department encourages residents to create an Emergency Health Profile at www.emergencyprofile.org.    This profile will allow you to enter health and emergency contact information that will be used if the associated phone number calls 911.

How it works: 

1. Sign up and create a free Emergency Health Profile

2. In the event of an emergency, call 911
3. Your Emergency Health Profile is automatically sent to 911 through RapidSOS

Your Emergency Health Profile is one more step that you can take to provide first responders with the critical information they need to care for you in an emergency.
