TRAFFIC ADVISORY – Washington Road Repairs, On or About March 16th and 17th, 2022
The County of Mercer will conduct pavement repairs to Washington Road (CR 571/526) east of Manor Avenue in the vicinity of the Bridge over Little Bear Brook , on or about Wednesday, March 16th and Thursday March 17th, 2022, weather permitting.
Working hours will be 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. During these working hours this portion of Washington Road will be closed to westbound traffic, and a detour route will be posted at the Route 64 Bridge, using Wallace Road and Alexander Road to direct vehicles to US Route 1 [see map]. Eastbound traffic on this portion of Washington will be permitted, but may experience delays due to the construction work zone.
