* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and slick roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dense fog and temperatures below freezing for much of the area will lead to icy and slippery spots on the roads this morning, especially on bridges, overpasses, and exit ramps.
