Real Talk San Mateo - Update on Our Mental Health Clinician Program - March 23, 2022 at 6pm via Zoom

We're about 4 months into our Community Wellness & Crisis Response Team (CWCRT) pilot program, where a Mental Health Clinician is partnered with law enforcement to assess the needs of those we interact with on calls for service that have a mental health component. San Mateo is one of four cities piloting this program.

We invite the community to join us for an update on this initiative, specific to the City of San Mateo, during a Real Talk San Mateo episode on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 6-8pm via Zoom. Our panel will include representation from our department, our Mental Health Clinician, San Mateo County Health, County of San Mateo, StarVista, and LifeMoves.

The collaboration between our officers and our clinician has been a wonderful partnership thus far, and we look forward to continued success working together. To watch, use the Zoom link below. It will also be livestreamed on our Facebook page, and posted to YouTube after the fact.
