* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions due to significantly reduced visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow showers, heavy at times, will persist through the afternoon hours, then diminish this evening. Visibility will fluctuate up and down over short periods of time due to variability in shower and wind intensity.
