Forest City Police Department requests the public’s assistance with identifying a suspect in a breaking and entering.  In the early morning hours of March 17^th, 2022, what appears to be either a white male, or light skinned black male forcefully entered the New Bethel A.M.E. Zion Church on Forest Street in Forest City, NC.  The suspect damaged property inside the church and was caught on the church’s security cameras.  If you have any information in regard to this case, please contact the Criminal Investigations Division of the Forest City Police Department at (828)245-5555.  See the attached photo’s from security footage.
