LOCATION: 6000 Block of Shoshone Trail, Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Benjamin Brodie, 31-years-old, Resident of Big River, CA.
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, March 17, 2022, at approximately 10:26 a.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department served a search warrant in the 6000 block of Shoshone Trail in Big River, CA. During the search warrant, deputies located two firearms and several boxes of ammunition.
Benjamin Brodie was arrested for a warrant in relation to a PC 459 - Burglary investigation, PC 496 - Receive Known Stolen Property, and PC 30305(A)(1) - Felon in Possession of Firearms/Ammunition. Brodie was transported and booked into the Colorado River Station jail with a bail amount of $135,000. Brodie remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, awaiting a court hearing.
