NAME: Kenneth Tilton
AGE: 73 Years old
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: White Male Adult, 505, 180 lbs, Grey Hair (Balding), Scruffy Beard, Glasses and in an electric wheelchair.
The Hayward Police is seeking the public assistance in locating a missing adult at-risk. 73 year old Kenneth Tilton was last scene this morning near the McDonald’s located in the 18000 block of Hesperian Blvd in unincorporated Hayward at about 9:00 am. Mr. Tilton uses an electric scooter to get around and suffers from several medical conditions to include impaired speech and diabetes.
