Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are continuing to assist Baldwin Park Police Department into a shooting death of a male Hispanic adult. 

Baldwin Park Police Department responded to the 3800 block of Puente Avenue at approximately 8:00 a.m. They located a male Hispanic, approximately 65 years old who sustained gunshot wounds to the upper torso. He was located in the rear yard of the location. He was transferred to a local hospital where he was treated and ultimately pronounced deceased.

There is no suspect information available at this time.

NARRATIVE:  
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are assisting Baldwin Park Police Department regarding a shooting death investigation. The incident was reported Saturday, March 19, 2022, at approximately 08:20 a.m., on the 3800 block of Puente Avenue in Baldwin Park.  
 
The male adult victim was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
