The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northeast and East Central Plains from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Sunday.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...South to southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to around 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from around 10 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended..
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHEAST PLAINS ... EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
