The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a Red Flag Warning which is in effect from 11 AM to 10 PM CDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AFFECTED AREA...Locations near and west of U.S. Highway 281.
* TIMING...Sunday afternoon through early Sunday evening.
* WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Upper 70s and lower 80s.
* IMPACTS...Any ongoing fires or new fire starts will spread rapidly and be difficult to contain.
