* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 6 AM MDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized areas of blowing dust could develop prior to and during the onset of precipitation with areas of reduced visibility. As temperatures cool tonight, snow and areas of blowing snow may develop. Light accumulations are possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HARDING COUNTY ... QUAY COUNTY
