* At 959 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 8 miles south of Hawkins, or 10 miles northeast of Tyler, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* This dangerous storm will be near... Hawkins around 1010 PM CDT. Big Sandy around 1015 PM CDT. Gladewater around 1025 PM CDT. West Mountain around 1030 PM CDT. East Mountain around 1035 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Red Springs, Union Grove, Pritchett, Winona and Warren City.
