INCIDENT: PC 594(A)(2) - Vandalism
PC 243(E)(1) - Spousal Battery (Active Warrant)
LOCATION: 100 block of Elm Circle, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Patricia Kane, 51-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, March 21, 2022, at approximately 5:16 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Patricia Kane near the 100 block of Elm Circle, during a call for service. Through investigation, Kane was found to be in violation of PC594(A)(2) - Vandalism and was issued a citation. During a records check, Kane was also found to have an outstanding warrant for PC 243(E)(1) - Spousal Battery.
Kane was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Kane remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
