MISSING PERSON AT RISK - FOUND

Richard Ryan was located in San Rafael and in good health. Thank you to everyone who called in with tips and information. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Richard Ryan - A 70-year-old white male adult, 6-0, 180 lbs, with short brown and gray hair. Richard was last seen wearing a light grey Ralph Lauren t-shirt, blue jeans, with blue and orange Hokka tennis shoes.
Richard has dementia and was last seen this morning (03/22/2022) around 10:30 am on Center Boulevard in San Anselmo.
His whereabouts are unknown but may still be in the Marin. Richard does not drive and should be traveling on foot.
