Walker was arrested for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obliterating a firearms serial number, possession of a controlled substance for sales, possession of a controlled substance, and under the influence of a controlled substance.

In October 2021, DEU detectives obtained information indicating Walker was involved in the sales of methamphetamine in the city of Thousand Oaks.  Detectives investigated and confirmed Walker’s involvement in methamphetamine sales.  Detectives also determined Walker was utilizing a storage facility located in the 1100 Block of Newbury Road for the purposes of storing and facilitating narcotics sales.

On 03/16/22, detectives conducted a traffic stop on Walker’s vehicle near the 3100 Block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.  Walker was arrested for HS 11550(a)-Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.  During a search of Walker’s vehicle and person, detectives located approximately 128.5 gross grams (gg) of methamphetamine.  The large amount of narcotics located was indicative of narcotics sales.  Based on the evidence located inside of Walker’s vehicle, a search warrant was authored for Walker’s storage units.

Detectives responded Walker’s storage unit located near the 1100 Block of Newbury Road and served the search warrant.  Detectives located a Smith and Wesson PK380 handgun with the serial number of the handgun removed, an additional 97.7 gg of methamphetamine, 75.7 gg of psilocybin “mushrooms,” and additional narcotics.

Based on the investigation, Walker  was arrested for PC 29800(a)(1)-Felony Own/Possess/Control Firearm by Felon or Addict, PC 23900-Obliterated Serial Number on a Firearm, HS 11378-Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales, HS 11379-Transportation of a Controlled Substance, HS 11351-Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales, HS 11350-Possession of a Controlled Substance, Hs 11375(b)(2)-Possession of a Designated Controlled Substance, and HS 11550(a)-Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
