* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 819 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of Pickens, or 4 miles northeast of Jocassee Gorges, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include... Pleasant Ridge State Park, Jocassee Gorges, Jones Gap State Park, Lake Jocassee, Dupont State Forest, Table Rock State Park, Caesars Head State Park, Pumpkintown, Nine Times and Cleveland.
