The natural gas main installation on Stanhope Road from the Sparta/Byram border to the Amity Road intersection is in progress. Properties located on Stanhope Road are eligible for natural gas service and must submit a signed contract to Elizabethtown Gas by Friday, April 1st, 2022. If you don’t sign up by this deadline, you will be excluded from receiving gas service for up to five years due to a road mortarium. To sign up for service or if you have questions, please call 1-844-886-8488.  
 
Elizabethtown Gas is currently surveying the next two potential main installation areas. They must receive enough interest in order to extend natural gas service to these areas.

No further action is required from homeowners and business owners located in Phases 1 and 2. If enough interest is received, Elizabethtown Gas will provide information on next steps after the survey period ends.
