Criminal Mischief & Disorderly Conduct Charges Filed Against Three Adults for Egg Throwing on Linden Avenue 
.On March 7, 2022, the Mercersburg Police Department was dispatched to the 100 Block of Linden Avenue for reported egg’s thrown onto vehicles, The investigation revealed 20 different vehicles with 19 victims had eggs thrown onto their vehicles. One of the vehicles sustained damage that required body shop repair.
As a result of the investigation, it determine three (3) suspects were associated with this case and prior egg throwing cases along Beech Lane in the Borough of Mercersburg.
On March 25, 2022, Charges were filed in District Judge Jody EYER's Office charging Gordon, Brown and Bailey with (1) Count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Mischief and 19 summary counts of Disorderly Conduct.
