* WIND...Sustained winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph at times.
* HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent or lower this afternoon and evening.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
