Burglary Arrest

On 03/28/2022 at 4:30am officers responded to a burglar alarm at Rotary Gardens Horticultue Center at 825 Sharon Dr.  While on scene, an officer located a male walking away from the area after emerging from a wood line near the alarmed building.  The person was identified as D.J. Weberg.  Weberg had been previously arrested by officers in 2019 for burglarizing Blackhawk Golf Course on Palmer Dr.  Weberg is currently on probation for charges related to the 2019 burglary. 
 
Weberg was transported to the Janesville Police Department where evidence was obtained to confirm Weberg burglarized the building.  The investigation is still ongoing in this case.
