* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Light accumulation of sleet and freezing rain.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The threat of icy spots will end by early afternoon, as the area of precipitation moves eastward and temperatures rise above freezing.
