Power has been restored to the areas of San Pablo Ave between 23rd St to Rheem Ave. 
*Update - as of 1204hrs, Power has been restored to the impacted areas.
There is a reported Power Outage affecting 1500 customers in San Pablo. There areas of impact appear to be from San Pablo Ave at 23rd St south to Rheem Ave.
PG&E is sending a team and estimate 12pm re-activation time. The cause of the outage is currently not known. 
Officers are providing extra patrols to the affected areas.

The traffic signal light is not working and/or no lights are showing on the signal. Proceed cautiously as if the intersection is controlled by “STOP” signs in all directions
