The following message is transmitted at the request of the Kleberg County Emergency Management. A voluntary evacuation has been issued for the west sides of Ricardo and Riviera until further notice due to a wildfire located between Highway 281 and Highway 77 south of Kingsville. Please contact human services Director David Garcia for anyone needing immediate shelter at 361-228-1892.
