At 11:04 AM, officers in Canyon County initiated a traffic stop on ROSE, but ROSE fled east on Hwy 44. Officers terminated their pursuit when the vehicle entered Ada County. It was last seen driving South bound on Linder road near Cayuse Creek Drive.
