* Locations impacted include... Lancaster, York, Ephrata, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Lititz, Millersville, Mount Joy, Red Lion, New Holland, Manheim and Akron. This includes the following Interstates... The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 264 to 294. Interstate 83 from mile markers 0 to 20.
