* Flash Flood Warning for... West Central Morris County in northern New Jersey... Warren County in northwestern New Jersey... Northeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania... Central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 AM EDT.

* At 912 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Hackettstown, Wilson, Washington, Hellertown, Nazareth, Stanhope, Netcong, Belvidere, and Harmony. This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 67 and 76. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 5. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 7 and 22...and between mile markers 24 and 26.
