Resident Returns Home and Finds Alarm Sounding and a Crowbar Outside Her Door; Two Arrested During Investigation

LOCATION: 11900 block of Pine Street, unincorporated Bloomington
VICTIM: Confidential
SUSPECT: Avran Jaime, age 29, a resident of Bloomington
Alejandro Jaime, age 37, a resident of Bloomington
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at about 4:03 P.M., Fontana deputies responded to a suspicious circumstances call in the 11900 block of Pine Street. The victim arrived home to find her alarm going off, a crowbar outside her door, and evidence someone forcibly entered her house. Deputies responded and determined the victim’s house was burglarized. Through investigation, deputies determined they saw one of the suspects while responding to the initial call.
Through further investigation, deputies located Avran Jaime and Alejandro Jaime near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Eleventh Street. A records check revealed Alejandro had multiple misdemeanor warrants for his arrest for various drug crimes and Avran had a no bail warrant for his arrest for PC 3455- Violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS). Avran was also found be on felony probation for possessing metal knuckles.. Property stolen from the victim was located and returned. Both suspects were booked in at West Valley Detention Center.
