- Detour will direct traffic to Arch Street to avoid the closure.
Frenchtown Road between Rustic Court and Susquehanna Ave
- Rustic Court residents will have to exit to the right and use Sumpter Rd
- Entrance to the neighborhood will be way of Sumpter Road.
