INCIDENT: CVC10851 Vehicle Theft, PC496d(a) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, PC29800(a)(1) Felon in Possession of a Firearm, PC30305(a)(1) Possession of Ammunition by a Prohibited Person
LOCATION: 9th Street and Mckinley Avenue Highland, CA 92346
SUSPECT(S): Erin Graae, 48-year-old female resident of Highland
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:22 PM, deputies from the Highland Station were alerted to a stolen blue 2006 Ford F250 traveling eastbound on 9th Street at Sterling Avenue. Deputies responded to the area and located the stolen Ford F250 parked at a business on the north west corner of 9th Street and Mckinley Avenue. Deputies contacted the single occupant in the vehicle and identified her as Erin Graae.
Graae was determined to be a career criminal for PC496D-Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Graae had an active felony warrant for her arrest for PC29800(a)(1)-Felon in Possession of a Firearm. During a search of the stolen vehicle, deputies located a .32 caliber Keltec firearm on the front passenger seat. Graae was interviewed at the scene, and later transported to the local jail for booking.
