West Street Reconstruction Project Update - No Parking Permitted on Franklin St. Eff. 04/01/22. 
This is an update for the ongoing West Street Reconstruction project:
Beginning Friday, April 1, 2022 there will be no parking permitted on Franklin Street in order to allow construction vehicles and
emergency access the project site safely. This restriction will be in effect until further notice. Those normally parking on Franklin Street will need to use their driveways, other off-street parking or
designated City lots. Vehicles remaining on Franklin Street after signs are posted will be subject to being ticketed and towed.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
