Jekyll Island Authority Code of Ordinances Revision Project

Please be advised that the consulting firm is continuing to review and draft revisions in consultation with the JIA. To allow for ample public review, the review timeline will be extended and the previously scheduled third Public Input Session regarding the Code of Ordinances Revision Project has been postponed to Thursday, April 21 at 5:30 PM at the Jekyll Island Convention Center. There will no longer be a public input session held on April 12.
The Code Revision Project seeks to revise the Jekyll Island Authority Code of Ordinances and Design Review Guidelines to provide an updated, organized, and concise Code that clearly details processes and procedures.
This project is being led by Goodwyn, Mills, and Cawood, Inc. (GMC), alongside the Jekyll Island Authority, with anticipated completion in 2022.
