* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Aviation and marine transportation could be impacted.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With increasing confidence in the track of a powerful storm, gusty winds are certain for the northern Panhandle. However, how strong gusts become is still uncertain. The time period when the highest gusts will occur is from midnight Wednesday night through 6 AM. However, should the storm slow its progress northward, the threat could persist into Thursday morning.
