The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing at risk adult Reuben Herrera. Herrera was last seen on 03/24/22 at approximately 1500 hours. Herrera was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, unknown color shorts, and white tennis shoes with red designs.
