* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is a heavy, wet snow that will stick to trees and powerlines and may cause power outages. Windy conditions will contribute to this threat. Heavy snowfall rates expected through early Wednesday with a lull in the snow early this morning before more comes later today.
