On Wednesday April 6th, 2022 at approximately 4:10PM, Century Station personnel located the abducted juvenile and suspect walking in the area of 700 block of Rosecrans Avenue in the city of Compton.
The suspect was arrested and booked at Century Sheriff’s Station and her bail is set at $40,000 for Child Abduction, 278 PC – Felony.
The juvenile was not harmed and in a healthy condition. The juvenile was returned to the custody of Department of Children and Family Services, where he was reunited with his foster parents.

Century Station Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ethan Rodriguez (4), who was taken from the area of East 124th Street and South Mona Boulevard, in the city of Los Angeles on April 5, 2022 at 3:30PM.
The abducted juvenile, Ethan Rodriguez, is a 4-year-old male Hispanic, 2’06” tall, 50lbs, blue eyes, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater and green pants.
The suspect, his biological mother, Cristina Rodriguez, female Hispanic, 27-year-old, 4’11", 103bs., brown eyes, red hair, wearing a black shirt and blue pants.
Ethan Rodriguez was taken by his mother, Cristina Rodriguez, during a supervised visit.
The suspect is a transient known to live in the area.
